Terms of Use

1. General

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the online service Gen Robot — the Telegram bot @gen_robot_bot “Gen Robot”, its copies with the same features (@foto_iz_selfie_bot, @ii_fotosessiya_bot, @foto_con_ia_bot, @sowar_ai_bot, @yapay_zeka_foto_bot) and the website genrobot.app (the “Service”), provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service — including starting the bot, sending photos, paying or receiving results — the User confirms having read these Terms and accepts them in full.

1.3. A User who does not agree with the Terms must stop using the Service.

2. The service

2.1. The Service creates images with neural networks (artificial intelligence) from a photo and/or text description sent by the User: portraits in a chosen style, couple photos, images of the User’s own idea.

2.2. The unit of service is a “generation”: one generation is spent on one image. Generations are bought in packs; a new User gets one generation free.

2.3. The service is deemed rendered when the finished image is sent to the chat with the bot.

2.4. Results are produced automatically. AI images may differ from expectations, contain inaccuracies and not reproduce likeness perfectly; regenerating may give a different result.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. Current pack prices are listed at genrobot.app/en/#prices and in the bot (/buy) before payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges — every purchase is one-off.

3.2. Payment is made with Telegram Stars or by bank card via a payment provider. The Service never receives or stores card data.

3.3. Generations are added to the balance right after the payment is confirmed and never expire.

3.4. If a generation fails for a technical reason, it is returned to the User’s balance automatically.

4. Refunds

4.1. Because the service is intangible, generations already spent are not refunded, except as below.

4.2. A refund is possible if:

• the payment went through but the generations were not added to the balance;
• the service was not rendered through the Service’s technical fault and the generation was not returned to the balance.

4.3. To request a refund, the User writes to support@genrobot.app within 24 hours of payment, giving their Telegram ID or username and the payment date.

4.4. The Administration decides on each refund individually within 10 business days. Refunds are made by the original payment method.

4.5. The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting the Service’s support.

5. Acceptable use

5.1. The User may send only their own photos, or photos of other people with their consent.

5.2. The Service must not be used to create:

• sexual images, or any images of minors in a sexualised context;
• misleading content (deepfakes) intended to deceive, defraud, defame or harm others;
• content promoting violence, hatred, discrimination or other unlawful acts;
• content infringing third-party rights, including image rights and intellectual property.

5.3. The User must use the Service in line with applicable law and is solely responsible for the photos sent and for how results are used.

6. Rights to results

6.1. The User may use the images created for them for personal purposes, including posting them on social media.

6.2. The Service’s design, texts, styles and software are protected by intellectual property law; copying or reselling them without permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

7.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”.

7.2. The Administration does not guarantee that results will meet the User’s expectations or that the Service will work without interruptions or errors.

7.3. The Administration is not liable for indirect losses, consequences of the User’s use of the images, actions of third parties (including Telegram and payment providers) or temporary technical failures.

8. Restriction of access

8.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict a User’s access for violating these Terms, abuse, or as required by law or payment providers.

8.2. Restriction of access for violating section 5 is not grounds for a refund.

9. Privacy

9.1. Processing of User data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

10.1. The Administration may change these Terms. The current version is published at genrobot.app/en/terms.

10.2. Continued use of the Service means the User accepts the updated Terms.

11.1. For any questions, including payments and refunds, contact support at support@genrobot.app. We reply within 24 hours. Contacts are also available in the bot via /support.

By using the Service (including starting the bot and/or sending /start), the User confirms having read these Terms and accepts them in full.
