Privacy Policy

We collect only what the bot needs to work: your Telegram ID and profile, the photos and texts you send, your generation and purchase history. Photos are sent to AI providers only to create your image. We do not sell data or share it with third parties except as described below. You can have your data deleted by writing to support@genrobot.app.

1. General

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how information that the User provides while using Gen Robot — the Telegram bot @gen_robot_bot “Gen Robot”, its copies with the same features (@foto_iz_selfie_bot, @ii_fotosessiya_bot, @foto_con_ia_bot, @sowar_ai_bot, @yapay_zeka_foto_bot) and the website genrobot.app (the “Service”) — is processed and protected.

1.2. By using the Service, the User agrees to this Policy. A User who does not agree must stop using the Service.

2. Information we collect

2.1. The Service collects:

Telegram account identifiers: ID, username, name, interface language;
photos and texts the User sends to the bot to generate images;
images created by the Service and generation history (style, time, result);
purchase history: pack, amount, payment ID (the Service never receives or stores bank card data — it is handled by the payment provider);
technical data about using the bot (button taps, referral source, invitations).

2.2. The Service does not require passport data, documents or other personal information beyond what is needed to work. The User sends photos voluntarily, solely to create images.

2.3. The Service does not use photos for biometric identification and does not build biometric templates from them.

3. How we use information

3.1. Information is used only to:

create images at the User’s request;
keep track of the generation balance and purchases;
communicate with the User (bot notifications, support replies);
check result quality and prevent abuse and violations of the Terms of Use;
analyse and improve the Service in aggregate.

3.2. The Service does not use the User’s photos in advertising and does not publish them without the User’s separate consent.

4. Sharing with third parties

4.1. The Administration does not share data with third parties except:

AI model providers process the photo and prompt (via API) solely to create the image;
payment processing — Telegram (Telegram Stars) and the payment provider / bank for card payments;
when required by law;
with the User’s consent.

4.2. Messages and files exchanged with the bot pass through Telegram and are also subject to Telegram’s privacy policy.

5. Storage and protection

5.1. Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above — normally while the User uses the Service. Payment records are kept for the period required by law.

5.2. The User may request deletion of their data at any time by writing to support@genrobot.app with their Telegram ID or username. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days; any unused generation balance is cancelled. Messages in the chat with the bot can be deleted with Telegram’s own tools.

5.3. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

6. Minors

6.1. The Service is not intended for persons under 14. Persons under 18 may use the Service and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

7. Disclaimer

7.1. The User understands that transmitting information over the internet always carries risks.

7.2. The Administration is not liable for loss, theft or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the User.

8. Changes

8.1. The Administration may change this Policy. The current version is always available at genrobot.app/en/privacy.

8.2. Continued use of the Service after changes means the User accepts the new version.
